🎧 What is your current favorite / guilty pleasure / go-to playlist? ( no pressure, it doesn’t have to be Indiemono’s)

How would you describe your sound to someone who isn’t familiar with your music?

I would describe my sound as indie/bedroom pop. You’ll hear influences of hip hop, and other genres I grew up on. In terms of writing, I’ve always wanted my music to be lyrically relatable and melodically memorable.

You are growing on Tik Tok really quickly, what are your tips for growing your TikTok account nowadays?

I would say the most important thing is to always be learning from what you post. Try different titles, hooks, re phrase your wording. These little things all play an important role in getting views and keeping people on your video. Also, I started doing little things like purposely leaving certain things unanswered to attract more people to have to engage with the post and ask questions or request a pt 2. Try to be yourself and post content that you like. It wasn’t until I started posting things I liked that I found success and growth.

In your Spotify bio, you say that you’re mainly inspired by falling in and out of love but what are other topics that inspire you?

I try to keep my eyes and ears open at all times. Whether it be a billboard that says something, a movie title, conversations with friends, etc. Also, a lot has happened in my life since I first started AFTRHOURS and I’m always processing this and reflecting. I’m starting to write more about my personal struggles, and insecurities as well as just life experiences I’ve had.

If you weren’t AFTRHOURS, which artist would you like to be? Would you write in other genres?

Jon Bellion. He’s just so versatile and simply never misses. He can write pop songs for A-list artists and then give you the most cohesive deep album. You can tell he has truly mastered the craft of artistry and goes above and beyond to deliver the best product.

If you were an…animal?

Golden retriever. I just love the positive energy they give off and try to have that effect on the people around me as well.

❤️‍🔥 What was your favorite CD when you were a teen?

A fever you can’t sweat out by Panic at the Disco. That album was on repeat and is still on repeat in my car cuz I haven’t fixed my aux so I’m rocking CDs at the moment…

Your most recurring sexual fantasy

Joining the mile high club

What’s in your opinion, heavily overrated?
