What’s a Patreon tier?

A Patreon tier refers to a specific level or category of membership that creators offer on the Patreon platform. It’s basically a crowdfunding membership platform that allows creators (such as artists, musicians, writers, podcasters, etc.) to receive funding directly from their fans, or “patrons,” regularly.

Creators often structure their Patreon campaigns into tiers or levels, each offering different benefits or rewards to patrons who subscribe at that level.

Tiers can range from basic access to exclusive content or early releases to more personalized rewards such as behind-the-scenes updates, Q&A sessions, merchandise discounts, or even one-on-one interactions with the creator.

What’s Indiemono’s Patreon tier?

Well, in our case, our main focus was returning…but for a new adventure. One of the primary reasons was to launch a monthly compilation featuring our favorite music, expanding on the concept of our New Indie / Alternative playlist. However, this time, we have our release capabilities and streaming influence to enhance the experience…and the cutest monkey for our new logo.

We’ve launched a new tier just for artists looking to submit their music for our compilation albums. Here’s the deal: we won’t alter or monetize your original singles; we simply create an album version that stands independently.

Here’s a rough summary of the main requirements for our compilations:

• The songs need to be a maximum of 3 months old
• We will consider patron accounts sending songs from 1 main artist
• We usually close the compilation selections on day 15 of the month
• Use the form available in the tier to send your music!
