Bipolar Disaster is about alienating it can feel to live with a mood disorder, I wrote it after receiving a bipolar disorder type 2 diagnosis in December 2021. I don’t know if this is the sort of thing you would like to hear but that’s what it’s about 😛 It was recorded & written in my bedroom, and I guess melodically the song sounds happy but lyrically it’s not all sunshine, and rainbows.
