- The link to your song has to be accessible (even if it’s private) or a download folder we can have access too.
- We won’t share or make your private music public without your consent. If the link is public though, we assume you give us the right to share the song in our social media or playlists if you don’t say the opposite when submitting.
- If we can’t access the link you provide, we’ll contact in order to find the correct link. If there is no response in 72h we will archive your submission and lose the credit. Try to double check the source you’re sending to make both our time worth it!
- The only reason for a refund is a lack a response from us in 48h (not including weekends or national holidays). Our reports are code proof and they work in any OS or browser. Apart from that we’re open to discussion – we’re reasonable monkeys 🐵 [/intense_content_box]
